"That was a disaster. My family of four couldn’t stay in the room. We had to find an emergency stay, which by itself was a challenge and expensive. The room was not ready for us. No bed sheets or towels. In addition, there were bed sheets clumped up, likely from the previous guest. Also, I was not able to get the AC running cold. AC in Manaus is a must because it is too hot and humid. Communication was challenging and I am requesting a refund which will be another ballgame. I hope Expedia will...

"Muito ruim. O apartamento até que é razoavel, porem a cama é a pior cama que ja dormi na minha vida. Tambem nao tinha nada, nem sabonete. A duchinha higienica nao funcionava. Faltou o básico "
