The rooms are incredibly quiet to outside noise, zero noise from outside. Their are over a dozen different restaurants within T3 as well as giftshops and a Lawsons. "This hotel was impressive in many ways. It has great design with a blend of traditional Japanese with modern aspects. The check in was completely self service and very efficient (unlike other attempts where it doesn’t work and someone has to intervene). The city views from the room and penthouse were good.
