"Breakfast staff was friendly, food was marginal. No restaurants, front desk staff was disengaged for the most part. Room was clean and housekeeping staff was friendly and very much wanting to do a good job. The hotel is VERY loud. Can hear every plane departing and arriving at the airport, so needs some sound proofing upgrades."

"A bit noisy the walls are very thin we heard children running up and down the hallway all throughout the night. The parking prices are fees are ridiculous. Upon check in I wasn’t greeted or welcomed, the night staff was much nicer. The bar/restaurant was nice with friendly workers, rooms are nice and clean. I probably wouldn’t book here again on my next trip here."

"I didn’t get to utilize the shuttle. It was either one driver working or it doesn’t run at certain times."

"The elevator was a death trap. There was a hand written sign asking that no more than 2 people ride st a time. It would drop randomly and somtimes not move at all. If we didnt have all our bags and have a room on the 5th floor we qould of totally avoided it. The pool was a green color. The place was outdated and gross. For the money they are charging please just stay next door in the hilton."

"Room itslef was clean and kind of small but overall not bad. Restroom was clean and updated. The hotel is near everything but the parking situation wasn’t the best. Staff overall was horrible. Elani was the the nicest employee there and the others were very rude and just made the experience not well at all. They should hire more friendly and professional staff."

"Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel room was excellent. We were charged twice for parking. Once as a miscellaneous debit and another as a point of sale. I called valet parking and the reservation desk. I was transferred to the financial department. I left a voicemail but no one returned my call, but one of the charges was removed."

"No fridge, no microwave, rundown rooms, can’t request late checkout until 8a the day of, staff doesn’t answer phones when calling. Poor experience. Will not return & do not recommend"
