The hotel room tag n blanket still with the name Princetan. Apart from these 3 issues, the hotel is generally well maintained."

"This is the scariest nightmare experience I have with Hotel.com booking. The room is dirty, the bed still have hair of the previous customer. The floor is sticky, the bed middle is collapsed.there is mold in the toilet and ceiling. As I check out early, there is no receptionist, I filled the form but my deposit is not refund. "Staff is very friendly & helpful thoughout our stay from 7-10 Mar, room 103 & room 106. When checking in on 7 Mar around 2.55pm, a lady staff / receptionist was very honest to return me the extra RM$200 I over paid. I wish I got her name. Pl thank her again!!"
