The hotel room tag n blanket still with the name Princetan. Apart from these 3 issues, the hotel is generally well maintained."

The floor is sticky, the bed middle is collapsed.there is mold in the toilet and ceiling. As I check out early, there is no receptionist, I filled the form but my deposit is not refund. "Staff is very friendly & helpful thoughout our stay from 7-10 Mar, room 103 & room 106. When checking in on 7 Mar around 2.55pm, a lady staff / receptionist was very honest to return me the extra RM$200 I over paid. I wish I got her name. Pl thank her again!!"
