"The staff was very helpful with directions. The hotel is in a good location. There was hair on the bed though. And the mattress was way too hard. The shower also had very limited hot water "

"As a family of four, we stayed comfortably in a very clean, double queen room on the 7th floor overlooking 32nd Street. This was not quiet! However, it's NYC! We used earplugs at night and we were fine. The elevators were fast, the staff was great, and we enjoyed the coffee station. The location is walking distance to many attractions and a subway station. Honestly, no complaints!"

"Great location- right in Times Square and cross the street and youa re at the entrance to the Museum of Broadway! Staff were super nice and efficient. Held our luggage and save the key for a free bathroom! The hotel is a little outdated and needs a little love but the bed was comfortable and lots of pillows with a great city view."

"Great location, great breakfast with very friendly staff. Negative was being charged nearly $50 for them to hold our baggage in a room for about 5 hrs on last day until being picked up for the airport, surely we pay enough to stay anyway!"

"The bathroom was sparkling, and well supplied. The AC was confusing, couldn’t get the temperature right, it was often stuffy. The breakfast menu was loaded with carbs, and only one choice of breakfast meat. There was remodeling going on which made the lobby very congested. I had an issue trying to purchase a soda and chips, it didn’t accept cash, and wouldn’t allow me to charge it to my room. I would stay at this location again, after the construction is completed."
