"Bad odour in unit. Possibly due to plumbing issues. No wifi in unit. Had to go outside closer to the office to use wifi. Good location. Handy to beach,train,shops etc."

"Stayed in the two bedroom unit. Parking at front door, so very convenient. Sunnybank Plaza and Garden City in the area. Easy access to Gateway motorway. Several shops across the road for coffee, incidentals and some takeaways etc. Nice space, two rooms, laundry, patio, loungeroom, kitchen n dining room. I was so happy to have a widows and fans option. Aircon is great, but I don't like sleeping in it all the time. Love fresh air when not hot."
