"Staff were friendly. However, the building turned the ac off for the entire hotel following complaints from a few guests of being cold one day due to the weather. When asked about this, they said they can't turn on ac in select rooms, and instead gave us a fan for our room. Additionally housekeeping only came the first day of our 5 day stay. "

"The hotel was very pleasant. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and spacious. However, upon check-in, the television was on with the Langham introduction addressing me as Mr. despite my booking being for a female guest. This was an unacceptable oversight. I lodged a complaint after the second night and the issue was rectified. Apart from the hotel, the pool was underwhelming and was also very crowded. The highlight was the room and the attractive entrance decorated for Easter."

"Breakfast banquet was lovely. Plenty of variety. Fresh and pleasant surrounds. Staff were helpful and informative. Bathroom products excellent. A welcome card and treat was in our room as we were celebrating a very special occasion. "

"This was my first time visiting Australia and I had a great stay in Melbourne. We hosted a big brand trip with influencers at the hotel and the staff were incredibly attentive, looking after both me and our influencers throughout the stay. Whenever we needed anything, they were quick to accommodate and always very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is really nice, not too big, and located in a great area with lots of places to eat nearby. I felt very well looked after and would definitely recommend staying here. I would happily stay again."

"Clean and tidy in both rooms and common areas with some lovely decorations up for Easter. Buffet breakfast had a good selection available and the chef was friendly and also happy to also cook omelette for guests if requested. The lifts are painfully slow even though there are 2 banks of lifts - it’s like it needs to power on each time you press the button. "

"Pleasant place to stay. The bed was great. Shower was hot. Convenient location. House keeping neglected to refill tea bags, milk & toilet tissue which was annoying. Air conditioning was great to have but noisy. In saying this, we would still be ok with staying there again."

"The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable."
