"Great value for a 3 star hotel which included a served breakfast. Air con worked fine and in a quiet nabourhood. Supplied with a kettle and fridge. Local convenience store accross the street next to a fast food donair. There is a coffee shop around the corner with food choices. Initially had issues accepting any of my charge cards on my first night and luckily had some cash to pay and the card was accepted for the remainder of my stay the next day🤔"

Overall, this was a nice and clean place to stay there was an unpleasant smell in the cabin and the main shower head didn’t work in one of our cabins and the glass in the patio was too high blocking the view.
I stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is super friendly and trying to meet your needs. The location is pretty central. The room was very clean. I will definitely stay there again.

I needed a hotel for 16 hours as I waited for a second flight from the airport. I know the Tien Shan from meetings we had held there when I lived in Almaty but I had never stayed there. Newly renovated and super clean. Parking is plenty. Have their own parking. There is a decent restaurant if you want to eat without driving. AC settings are perfect.
