Having a washing machine with detergent provided meant I was able to come home with a case full of clean clothes. "We were very disappointed with the Duty Manager and check-in staff. The Manager charged for a double spirit when asked for and handed over a single measure. During the night a couple opened our room door with a keycard which was alarming and totally unacceptable. It is clear that Reception must have allocated the wrong room and coded the card accordingly. It is extremely unlikely we will use this hotel again due to this experience"
