"The apartment was brand new and clean. Sadly, though, we weren’t able to enjoy our stay at all. Due to space limitations set by Hotels.com, I can only share the worst of the reasons here. We reached the building at check-in time, jet-lagged and exhausted. We hadn’t slept for 40 hrs, as we’d traveled on an overnight flight from the US and then taken a train. We weren't able to enter the building. We’d not received the access codes by email yet, and no one was answering at the phone # listed in...
