"The staff is amazing! They are so helpful including Maria Soledad and Rebeca. The location is truly unique, A water taxi ride is needed to get to the hotel from downtown. It's fun and easy and only cost $1 per person. 6 options with included breakfast are all excellent. Recommend booking with breakfast."

I especially loved being able to walk over and see the wild flamingos in the lagoon right in front of the hotel! I also really appreciated that if you have an early tour, they can prepare a breakfast “to-go” bag for you. The AC worked great, and the shower had good water pressure. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay."

"Hotel was beautiful and in the best location! The pier for tour pickup is right out front and everything is within walking distance. Max greeted us at check-in and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast was great and filling, with an amazing rooftop view. The only negatives were: we had confirmed hotel pick-up, however no one was there when we arrived. I think just a miscommunication using the chat feature. The water pressure in the shower was low with no hot water, which was no biggie for us, but maybe a deal breaker for others. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
