"Their service is at a 5-star level. All staff are so friendly and have smile to everyone all the time (It is difficult to find a hotel like them now). They are not mean and offer a lounge service with some free snacks and coffee/tea. The lounge is very cozy and can spend more than an hour to relax there. "View from restaurant and bar is very nice, the room balcony on 4th floor pretty good too. Staff are wonderfully attentive, even as a lone traveller made to feel important and house keeping excellent. The spa is brilliant, had 2 massages over 2 night stay, one of the most relaxing ever."
