"One of the finest and wonderful and contemporary hotel we ever stayed in all aspects. Hotel features modern and brand new look, modern and elegant furnishing and very neat and clean amenities. Room décor, bed and everything was quality and perfect and bath room was amazing.
Staff was extremely helpful and co-operative and the words like no or not possible was not in their dictionary. Concierge staff went out of the way to help us on our very 1st day on this new land for us, China and especially when we don't know a single word of Chinese language. Sorry I forgot the names of boys who really helped us a lot for almost every thing we asked whether about getting around, dining outside, about city and much more."
"The hotel's front desk service was subpar—when we asked for help, we received no response. Every morning at 7 a.m., a large number of resellers would line up outside the hotel’s patisserie (managed by the hotel) to buy up popular items in bulk. By the time the patisserie opened at 9 a.m., all the hot items were already sold out. As a guest staying for five nights, the hotel staff told me that I had to queue along with the resellers and had no priority. When I gave up waiting, I discovered that I could buy the same pastries—at a higher price—just 30 meters away from the hotel, without having to queue. That made me very angry. This is the treatment I received as a guest at a five-star hotel. It saddens me to state the facts. This hotel was the one my husband and I had most wanted to stay at, but this experience was deeply disappointing."
"Room size is good price is reasonable (in American standard). Location is amazing with the hotel connects to three malls that range from super high end to family friendly. One of the three malls is called Zhengjia, it has tons of kid friendly shops, an ice rink, mini rainforest with petting zoo, perfect for family with young kids. Near the hotel with a couple minute walk there’s a subway station and an array of local small restaurants and shops - boba, stinky tofu, roasted chestnuts and yams, BBQ skewers…you name it they have it. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. It’s a decent accommodation and worth the money for its location. "
