"Stayed for one night and it was a very welcoming hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choices and a well appointed room with fridge and tea kettle.
Bathroom had a great shower with hot water and great water pressure
Hotel was close to the bus and train stations and easy to get to old town by using the escalators which are a 2 minute walk. We had a rental car and a pay parking lot was a 5 minute walk (drop suitcases off at the drive up - check in and then park in the lot).
Very good for one night and would have been a great place for a longer stay. Highly recommend"
"The concierge at the front desk took such good care of us! They had our car ready and packed up when we had to check out at 6:00am! And the night before, when we were walking up the hill to get to our dinner reservations...the concierge saw us and gave us a ride. And the breakfast buffet is incredible. Assisi is pretty magical."
"Excellent location, easy walk to everywhere and super convenient for arriving and departing. Staff very nice, helpful, friendly and overall so nice.
The rooms were modern, super clean, comfortable bed and pillow with air con that actually works and works well ✅.. I was able to have a great sleep here.
The only thing is no jug or area to get hot water for early morning coffee and tea, otherwise an excellent stay and good value for money. Lovely breakfast with variety and the girls made a very good coffee."
"This hotel is tired. It lacks management (not staff fault), zero information available about the town. Air conditioning did not work in first room or upgraded room. Breakfast served 7.30 to 10 am , at 8.20am the table was bare eg. No eggs, no yoghurt, no other cooked items and very poor selection of what was left."
"The shower was over flowing while showering and the pillows were very hard to sleep on. Being from a foreign country and have just arrived there was NO way to know a reservation was needed in the restaurant where absolutely no one was sitting and eating at. The restaurant personnel were not friendly or helpful and didn’t want to bother with us. Other than that it was a nice place to stay at.."
