"This hotel is in a central location on Lake Como and within walking distance to many restaurants, the ferry, the funicular and other attractions. The “continental” breakfast was actually a huge breakfast buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, mimosas, coffee, deli meats, granola and juices…all delicious! Rooms are updated and very clean. My only complaint is concerning the flat, hard pillows but I also did not ask for a replacement which I should have done."

"It was an overnight stay just before the cruise. I’m not sure why I would be charged extra if there are already 3 beds for the room and we had a last minute guest. I also expected breakfast and at least a bottle of water. But it was clean and it was convenient to the metro. If not for my Expedia credit it would not be worth the money. It was quite old."
"Friendly check in and free room upgrade given to us which was a lovely touch. Room was very spacious with a huge balcony to sit on overlooking the garden. Kettle and coffee pod machine (although no milk provided - but there is a supermarket across the road). Fridge has items in and a price list is provided so there would be no surprises (we just brought our own items from the shop). Loved the slippers and dressing gowns and the toiletries provided smelt divine. 10-15 minute walk to the centre but plenty of local coffee shops and restaurants minutes away and there is a bar and restaurant on site. We had a wonderful stay and will return when visiting Milan again."

"The hotel was clean and close to everything. They supplied body wash and shampoo (no conditioner - so bring if you want that!). I asked for a washcloth but they gave me a hand towel - so no washcloths available. They also provide robes to the guests and slippers. With it being such a high end hotel - I would have assumed they would have had washcloths and conditioner. The breakfast buffet was very good - there were several options and the coffee was good. I would return back to this hotel if we were staying in Milan again."
"Very nice hotel. I was not aware of the location so be sure to check out your airport as there are 3 in Milan. Excellent stay in room and accommodations very nice. May need a wider variety of menu. There are not a lot of restaurants close and the hotel one is expensive. Bed was super comfy."
