"The online check in via WhatsApp was seamless. The room was great and we really liked the added touches that made it feel a little more special (e.g. the communal terrace, the free biscuits and sweets by the main entrance). The finish of the whole building felt very premium and the location was great. One piece of feedback would be clearer instructions as to where to get additional suppliers from the pantry (e.g. replacement towels and bottled water). Also not sure why the kitchen didn't have any cooking facilities but had a dishwasher."
"We were warmly welcomed and our suitcases carried up for us the second we arrived. We booked a family room which was spacious and clean - nothing fancy but pleasent enough. We appreciated the Aircon during a heatwave! The pool was nice, but very cold. No one else was in the spa area so I enjoyed the quiet! Breakfast was nice, and all the waiting staff were super friendly. The bar looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. It's a shame they didn't have a restaurant in the evening as that would have been useful with a young tired child with us but there was a great restaurant they recommended literally around the corner."
"Good location, close to train, bus and trams. Hotel lovely, friendly bar staff who remembered my drink from the night before and made up some funky mocktails for the kids."
"The hotel was nicely renovated with quirky details but still filled with rich history. We love the small details and the amenities and also the complementary wellness zone with sauna was a nice touch.
The location being walking distance to the station was also great because we can carry our heavy luggages without much trouble. And although it is next to a busy road, it wasn’t noisy or chaotic once we entered the building."
