"GREAT location..however when we were there the city was doing major construction right next to the Hotel and our room was on the first floor on the corner of the two streets where the construction was....they were even jack hammering at 8am on Sunday morning! The hotel should have moved us to a higher floor or another location..we had a suite so it wasn't a matter of needing an upgrade.
The staff were average.
The room was sparkling clean. Beds very good. They should consider getting room darkening curtains. Never ate there so cannot speak to that."
"The hotel is in a perfect location. Just a short walk from the rail station. The town is beautiful. Reminds me of Florence. The views from the 12th floor were awesome. The clerk was great. She let us in to our room early because it was ready. We were very tired.
Only problem was that we opened the blinds and the day was very warm. The AC unit could not cool the room. Had a hard time going to sleep. Had I known the AC could not cool the room, I would have kept the blinds closed. Not sure if it would have made a difference."
"I had a decent stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, even if they run a little on the smaller side.
The main drawback is the location. It is not particularly convenient if you are looking to spend most of your time in the city center. Getting back and forth took a bit of effort/time.
Overall, if you don't mind commuting a bit for sightseeing or if you just need a reliable, clean place to sleep, it’s a fine option. Otherwise, you might want to look for something a bit more central."
