"Had to shorten my stay one day and was told by hotels.com this property does not offer refunds and hotels.com was not any help. This was over a week before I was scheduled to arrive. In the end I just blew off both days and booked another stay somewhere else myself and ate the loss avoiding booking via hotels.com. I would have never booked this property if a no refund policy was clear from the start."

"The room was comfortable modern and clean. Had all we needed. Paid for espresso in the room and was great for convenience for morning. The location was excellent just 5 minute walk to Mirabella Gardens which was main attraction wanted to see and easy walk to Old town. Overall great experience. "The hotel is super convenient to the heart of Salzburg and was a great value for our one- night stay. The rooms are clean and nice, but not extraordinary. The parking they have available is down the street and a little tricky to get to, but once you have it figured out it works well with in and out privileges.
I want to commend the staff for their friendliness and willingness to help. We left an iPad in the room when we departed, and the hotel staff called us and then worked with us to get it shipped to our next destination since we were already too far away to come back to get it. They really went above a beyond."
