"Terrible! Elevator doesn’t work, air conditioning doesn’t work, shower door doesn’t close, starting with front door, the carpet is filthy, stained, old and smells."

"The room was clean. However, it was a very hot day and the air conditioning did not cool the room, even when left overnight. There were some strange features like a hugely oversized head board and a tiny television. One end of the room was painted black. Lots of attempts at style but felt that this is at the expense of the usefulness, like tiny side bedlamps which were only lit if the whole headboard was lit up too.
Breakfast was mediocre.
Shame as the staff were all lovely."
