"The organisation and attentiveness of the staff was absolutely top rated. Even if they got something wrong they came over and apologised and made it clear they would try harder. I have never seen such a positive and open way to continually improve things.
Room servicing was attentive and discrete.
The venue and the falls (take a helicopter ride!!) are out of this world.
My only niggle was that the menus were a little too elaborate. Some days you just want plain food and it was hard to find (it’s all in the room service menu by the way)"
"Listed as 1400 check in 1200 check out in my booking. Arrived at around 1330 due to flight time, I was able to check into my room.
The night before I check out I requested for a 1300 check out so I can use my bathroom after a morning walk before I go to the airport. It was granted.
Only down side was one of the staffs in front desk not able to speak English. But they were the one who let me have a late check out. I typed in Google Translate and they said OK."
