"While the property presents itself at a premium price point, the overall experience did not reflect that standard. The breakfast was underwhelming, the coffee was disappointing, the scrambled eggs lacked proper texture, and the pastries appeared dry and not fresh. The on-site restaurant also did not justify its pricing.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. Despite two cleanings, sand from my only beach day remained on the bathroom floor until checkout, which was unexpected for a hotel in this category.
That said, the staff was a highlight, professional, kind, and multilingual, making communication seamless.
The view, however, was beautiful and one of the few aspects that truly stood out.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."
"Everyone at the hotel was very professional and helpful in everyway from breakfast to reception to the door staff security and valet guys and girls everyone does an outstanding job. Highly recommended this hotel and would 100% stay there again. "
