"Laundry machines were terrible. They didn't dry our clothes properly. Rooms were not very clean and felt old. Water bottles are provided on request at the inn. Sound insulation isn't great. Only plus was that it was affordable and conveniently located. Also the baths had great views of beppu."

The staff helped us store our baggage before check in and figure out how to get the baggage to the train station. We were provided a variety of complimentary gifts, and a map of the surrounding area. "Great onsen hotel near the Beppu station. No shoes allowed in the hotel which is unique. 7 private onsens plus public baths were available. Free ramen is provided for supper. There’s massage chairs available for use too. Very comfortable stay except light in room is by sensor which is rather annoying. But all in all, still enjoyed my stay and will look to stay here if I ever come back"
"Idividual parking building next to the hotel. The parking lot was almost full for the day I stayed at the hotel. The public bath is big and well kept. The elevator is a bit slow. Lawson right across from the hotel. There are smoking rooms available. Although a bit outdated I had a comfortable stay"
