"We both really enjoyed staying here. It is located just off the main square so makes it really accessible for both walking and trams around the city. The 24/7 security is amazing and all the staff are really friendly and accommodating. The lift briefly broke during our stay (we stayed on the the fourth floor), however was fixed within a matter of hours! Fantastic service! I would really recommend staying here!! We have already convinced family members to book for their stay later in the year! We will definitely be returning!!"
