"Room Was filthy, no drinking water, very slippery shower, no toilet paper, 20 steep steps upto the floor my room was on, transport to & from way to expensive, didnt speak english, complimentary breakfast supposed to be buffet, it was rubbish, the beach was terrible. no late checkout available. Location good for island hopping & street food but nothing else, taffic was horrendous as you step out of hotel. Terrible terrible terrible, will not go back."
"Air conditioning worked really well. Mattesses were a little too hard/firm but either than that the room was great. A lot of the grout in the shower had black mold so a little bleach would help. Only one person in the room could use the wifi at one time and there was no phone service to use own data. We tried to book a pedicure but never had any luck while we were there. Seemed there wasnt much availability. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was awesome."
"It was a WOW coming in to the island on the bargka boat. We were initially picked up at a wee dock in the countryside and rode down the mangrove lined river before entering the ocean. Food was great, room was lovely and staff were very attentive. We were here during the US/Iran war so it was very quiet. We had a palapa and beach chairs to ourselves. Chance to snorkel, kayak and paddle board. Pool was nice although the water was warm from the sun. The bats were so cool, seeing them all sleep in the trees and then leave at sundown. They had a baby bat which we could see every day. The morning hike to see the sunrise was stunning. Highly recommend spending some time here."
"Everything about our stay was amazing. We stayed in Joglo 2, a beautiful unique villa with a wrap around porch overlooking the ocean. The villas are perched on a hill with spectacular views and gorgeous sunsets. You could also catch the beautiful sunsets from the infinity pool and the restaurant. The restaurant was wonderful with many choices. The staff was very attentive (Wilma and Jade in particular). We also had wonderful massages at the spa. In short we loved it !"
