"We really enjoyed our stay, it was close to lots of restaurants for night time dining and motorcycle hire was right next door. Breakfast was good, the staff were all very kind and welcoming, lots of smiles here :)"
"Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly however the hotel is pretty dated and it was around 34 degrees outside and the air-conditioning in the hotel was not up to scratch. We had a couple of sleepless nights here and although the staff were trying to help by bringing in an additional fan to use inside the rooms, it was still too warm."

"This place is a hidden gem. It’s my favorite place we stayed in Vietnam, it’s like a hidden oasis. The grounds are beautiful, you see lots of work being put into the garden, and it’s tucked back in its own mountain valley.
They have bikes you can borrow and both Mua Cave and Trang An are nearby- the property sits between the two.

"Our check-in started badly when they could find our reservation even though it was fully paid for almost a year earlier. Since I had all the paperwork to support our paid reservation, staff upgraded us to a bungalow unit.
But bathroom looks stylish but is not functional. Shower splashes & runs all over the bathroom floor. Tile floor is slippery when wet & no grab bars. Definitely not a bathroom for seniors or anyone with stability issues.
Grounds are lovely but hotel is far from town so you’re stuck dining @ hotel."
