The front desk employee Adelina was exceptionally helpful, kind and professional when I had a problem with the A/C in my room and the problem was quickly solved. I really enjoyed using the sauna and steam room and appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer to wash all my clothes. I highly recommend this hotel!"
