"Hotel is perfectly located, room clean and staff very friendly. Walls of the room are thin however - noted noise from the hallway/upstairs at 7am onwards. Parking is also quite tough unless using a private lot nearby that charges 15 euro/day."
"Absolutely perfect location. 5 minutes walk to the Mostar old bridge. Lots of restaurants right on your doorstep.
It'll take you 20 minutes to walk from the bus station or the train station and not easy if you have luggage.
The room was nice. A wee balcony, comfortable bed but terrible pillows.
Bathroom is very dated. Hot water comes from a tank so no long showers."
"Perfect location. Literally 5 steps from the old town and everything you need.
Breakfast was OK. Same everyday and not much variety.
Room was very dark but quiet. The only noise was from.other guests closing doors or chatting in the corridor. Bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible. Lumpy. I asked for a firmer pillow but that was worse.
I was not offered my free bottle of wine or offered an upgrade as part of the Hotels.com reward scheme which was disappointing."
"Amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful through WhatsApp and in person. They upgraded me to a room with terrace which was great.
This is a quaint boutique hotel with an amazing location right across Old Town and the Latin Bridge. It is clean and comfortable, with just 10 rooms.
Breakfast is included and good enough with main things one would need. Only thing to note is there is no staff/security after 10pm but it was fine because the door is locked and only guests can enter.
I would definitely recommend to stay here and will stay here when I return. "
