"Our stay at Henann Palm was truly memorable and exceeded our expectations in many ways. The location is excellent, perfectly situated for easy access to the beach and nearby attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both relaxation and exploration.
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free.
The food was another highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from.
We stayed in a Premier Sea View room, and the view was simply superb. Waking up to the sight of the ocean each morning was unforgettable and definitely one of the best parts of our trip.
The Palm Tree Restaurant also deserves special mention—not just for its excellent food, but for its beautiful dining ambiance. Enjoying meals with such a stunning view made the experience even more special.

"The hotel is new so that great. Rooms nice. People working at hotel very nice. My only comment would be don’t say ma’am to many times. I know they are being polite but once is enough always. Just a constructive comment.
