6/10 Okay
"Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and water pressure was good. The breakfast was poor. Only from 6 to 9am, went at 6:30 am and there was 6 slices of bread, no cutlery, no fruit or yogurt. Fruit loops and milk available. Coffee was ok. Property grounds need cleaning. Cigarette butts everywhere. Disgusting for non smokers. Run down crumbling outdoor pool. The main reason I gave this a lower rating is advertising breakfast and really there wasn’t one."
"The room was clean and the staff was kind. As 79 year olds, we were disappointed not having a bell hop or comparable aide. My husband uses an electric scooter and we usually enjoy someone assisting me assemble it and helping with our luggage. When my husband tried to help me, he fell in front of your hotel and needed help getting up. His back was wrenched as he was helped up by an employee. He cut his knee and his arm and was attended to by staff. We had been traveling for a while so had more "stuff" than usual. There were only three luggage racks, so had to wait for availability. When leaving, a nice young man who used to bell hop there kindly helped me carry the luggage from the room to the car. That should be standard practice for your "resort", not just the extra kindness of an employee forced to "add-on" to his duties. We were also surprised at the almost double price for a Saturday stay versus the rest of the week. We have always had a free room at the Belltera Resort in Indiana, considering the $ we spend at the casino. The breakfast wss good, but the eggs were cold. The casino had a lively atmosphere and although we lost, we had some fun wins along the way."
"The property was scary. It might have been the clientele but my daughter and I slept with our pepper gel and stun gun out while putting the chair in front of the door. The Days Inn next door look better kept. I won’t be staying there again. Also the smoke detector what hanging off the wall. I don’t even know if it worked. There was almost an inch gap under the door into the room. Definitely don’t stay in that room since any critter could come in. I’m sure during the winter, it would be fun staying warm in that room. Just so you can get an idea how many times I’ll be staying in the area, my daughter will be going to school in Huntington."
" My arrival was scheduled for a 4 o’clock check-in and they did not have a room ready for me till 545. They had no carts available at first to get my belongings to my room. They had no porters to help me get my things out of my car and onto a cart and I am handicapped, and there was only one handicap spot and I had to push a cart finally onto an elevator by myself to the sixth floor get it off, maneuver it down a narrow hallway and thank God one of the maids saw me struggling and helped me do that they have no porters available. The parking garage was dark and no security available, which may not bother some people, but since I was an older woman traveling alone I did not feel safe in the garage."
"I thought that this would be a nice hotel and in many ways it is. However -the AC was so terribly noisy that I could not sleep, also the pool does not open t'll quite late in the morningso I didn't get to swim
. Breakfast was very good"

8/10 Good
"Overall was what I expected from a 3 star hotel. Only issue I had is the toilets were very low... like 12-14 inches. Other than that, room was clean, breakfast was fine, etc."
"Very noisy location. Room had issues - sink didn't drain well, floors and bedding were stained, but sink and bathroom were relatively clean. Definitely not a place I'd want to stay more than a night when passing through."
