"The coffee pot was broken. Front desk brought a replacement when called. Bedside light was like a strobe light. Courtesy shuttle was very helpful and convenient."

"It's always a pleasure staying at the Hyatt house. Staff is always nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean and kept up. Breakfast is good on the weekends. I would suggest more seating during busy weekends. However they handles 3 wedding parties very well. They ran out of a lot of this by the weekday. Overall, I definitely recommend and will be back on out next visit to Raleigh.!"

"We were frankly super disappointed at this stay, considering it's $250 for one night. We were in town for a show, and booked this hotel given the positive reviews. We arrived at 3pm, and inquired about early check-in, but of course just like any other chain hotel anymore, the answer was 'Sorry, we don't have any rooms available yet, your room will be ready at 4. Also, we don't validate or control parking - it's across the street and the rates are their rates, which might be higher since an event is going on.' Cool. Sort of wish hotels told you when huge events like Artsplosure are happening -- plus, a prom was happening there, so there were a million kids running around, knocking on the wrong hotel room doors (happened 2x). Beyond that, when we got to our room I called to inquire about where ice machines are - they told me every odd floor. Great, we're on 11, convenient! Except when I walked all the way to the opposite end where the machine is, it was out of order. Fab, I'll just go down to floor 9. Also out of order. GREAT. Finally got my ice on floor 7. Seems like when I called the front desk they'd know these were broken. The best part was being awoken by housekeeping loudly chatting outside of our room at 9:15 on Sunday. I know that's not the crack of dawn, but we saw a show, and wanted to sleep in for $250, but that wasn't in the cards. I guess 'clean rooms' also aren't likely the issue for early checkin... Won't be recommending this place or staying here again."

"This hotel was the worst experience I had in a long time, first the lady working at the front desk had the worst attitude, second the hotel was dirty and not well kept. Breakfast was not the best, I have stayed at other hotels that have continental breakfast and it’s more than just waffles and cereal. Tables were dirty and trash can was overflowing throughout the morning. The lady that cleaned our room was very polite. However, the rooms were very outdated and the phone didn’t even work. I normally don’t even spend time rating my stays but this one I did because we felt discriminated since we got there, the front desk lady mention to us 4 times that she wouldn’t have a room before 2pm. To which we had said that we understood and could wait since we called to request the shuttle from RDU. She continue to instruct not mention that we knew that was a non smoking room so we should not be smoking, and then she said and make sure you don’t damage the room. To which I answered because, I don’t think you say that to every customer that goes to the front desk. I asked her did we look like we were going to do any of those things. I later over heard her with another transaction and she didn’t say any of those statements. I called today because we checked out on Monday the 11th which is a week today and my deposit is not in my account. When I said my name and was going to explain she whispered “oh my God” and when I asked what she said, she said she was talking to another person."

"I enjoy using the pool whenever I can and the [pool was open and clean and many chairs and loungers available. The breakfast was quality with some hot foods to enjoy and fruit available. Shower had really good pressure. Pleasant stay."
