"Hotels location was good. Our room wasn't clean, so they had to give us another room. Breakfast was ok. Staff was professional but not overly friendly"

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. The manager was extremely understanding and helpful due to our room upon check in was extremely dirty. Hand prints all over the cabinets and head boards. Sheets had mold and hair all in them. The bathroom floor has hair along with foot marks. The hotel room doors didn’t shut fully. Room was described as ocean view and it was right near an extremely busy road. The carpet was full of crumbs. We didn’t end up staying not even 5 minutes and booked another hotel in downtown Newport instead."
