"The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I do not think the property is at 5 stars as the finishings in the room and attention to detail seemed rushed. Our phone and air were not working, the phone was fixed but we got tired about asking for help with the air as the room gets very muggy because there is not ventilation and a lot of windows. "
"This was a wonderful hotel. We were on the 5th floor and enjoyed a spacious balcony and great ocean views. The room was spacious and well appointed. The shower had a drenching rain shower head and great water pressure. Nice coffee/tea offerings and refridge including a few bottles of water, juice, and wine.
Breakfast buffets were amazing with lots of variety; my wife is vegetarian and loved it!
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Eleni spent much time insuring we had great tips for site seeing.
We didn't take advantage of the pool or spa but looked small but inviting.
