"The place is located in the heart of the city and very easy to locate even from far as it is next to the sky restaurant. The only real issue was breakfast at the hotel with all the blinds closed which made the room depressing with no daylight. That is why 4 instead of 5 stars Would definitely stay there again"

"lovely hotel for a short night before meeting our hiking group in albania. clean and nice rooms, quiet and breakfast was included. only challenge was walking the 4-5 blocks there as its across/around a busy road with parking lots, taxis, etc."

"The property listed as 5 star however I would say it is 4 star hotel. Property is dated, staff are reluctant to help and judgemental depending on who is checking in and including spa area. Requires renovation to bring it to 21 century modern status"

"I had no hot tub and was given a triple room less footage than my prebooked deluxe double room. There were no robes and the towels are poor, which is a real shame as everything else was so well presented. The breakfast is excellent a wide variety and plenty of it."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Ebel Boutique Hotel. From the moment you walk in, the traditional aesthetic sets it apart from the typical modern hotel — the design and décor have a real warmth and character that you don’t often find, and it made the whole experience feel special rather than generic. The rooms are surprisingly spacious — far more generous than you’d expect at this price point — and the beds are genuinely one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. We woke up well-rested, which set a great tone for the day. Breakfast is simple, homely and delicious — exactly what you want. It felt like a home-cooked meal rather than a mass-produced hotel buffet. It is a fantastic choice for families. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and nothing felt off-limits or overly formal. A special mention has to go to the lady at reception, who helped us a lot in getting the correct taxi for our luggage. If you’re visiting Tirana and want somewhere with soul, comfort and genuine hospitality, Ebel Boutique is a great choice."

"Staff were absolutely excellent-from reception to restaurant to security to cleaning team. Room was fantastic-the bed and pillow were so comfortable. Room size was good and spacious with amazing views. Food options for breakfast was ample. The spa facilities were really good too. One of the best stays I’ve had! Highly recommended"
