"Exceptional service and a beautiful stay We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Tirana and the service truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were exceptional — we were kindly allowed an early check-in, and as I was travelling with my niece, she received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. A big thank you to the reception staff and the manager for their professionalism and warmth. The room was beautifully arranged, tasteful, and very comfortable, and it was cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, and a special mention goes to Valbona, whose care and attentiveness made our mornings feel very welcoming. The food was good and well presented. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Was a great place to stay to see the old town. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing! Parking was down the ally and the hotel entrance was in the ally as well so was a little awkward with luggage but there was great staff to help! Would recommend it for checking out the sites of Tirana"
