Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Qtr - Astor by IHG
4/10 Poor
"1. Cleanliness. The day before we were to leave we found a hot pink tampon applicator on the floor of the closet as well as a dead cockroach over an inch long. We didn’t call the desk. Check out was next day. It was so gross. Also the inside of the toilet has built up black gunk of some kind in the inner front side. Again/ horrible. 2. Coffee is served in the lobby but not after 8 am in New Orleans? That is just poor customer service. 3. The location and price were great. I wish mgmt could make the hotel
Acceptable. It’s a pretty property."
"The front desk staff did a great job explaining all the perks. The room was always clean. I'm not sure how housekeeping got in and out of there so quickly! They're very good!"
"I slept horrible every night the bed was not comfortable and the hall carpet was very nasty and I warn everyone there is a 50 dollar a day for parking that was a surprise to have to pay for parking after paying 600 and something for the room they never tell u this up front only to be surprised when you get there I was very disappointed in this Marriott just was to run down for me the front desk area is more nice then hotel rooms and that’s a problem for me I will never stay downtown New Orleans again next time it will be on the outskirts and in a Hilton hotel next time the staff was nice but the hotel was low budget when u get to your room"
