"By far the best hotel I have stayed at in Las Vegas. Front desk check in was immaculate in terms of customer service and fixing my issue. I booked on Expedia to stay at the Wynn Las Vegas property, however I did not know when you select the "Encore Resort King" the room is actually at a different hotel which is at the ENCORE property which is a completely different hotel/parking. I did not want to stay at Encore as we had tickets to see Awakening at the Wynn. Front desk was able to accommodate due to my platinum status.
Overall everything at the hotel is luxurious. Room was very clean and iPad provided which controlled everything from the lights, drapes, television was amazing. The bed/breakfast buffet was marvelous. The Awakening show was spectacular. Having cocktails at the AFT deck overlooking the waterfall was magical. I will most definitely stay at this property again but will make sure to book a WYNN room instead of Encore. "
