"You had to slam my door hard to get it to shut because it was so warped, and there was supposed to be a Jacuzzi, but nobody notified me that it was under repair. The curtains in my hotel room were ripped and dirty and kind of nasty.

"This location is prime. Walkable to catch a cave or guardians game. Restaurants are plentiful around. Only issue I had room 217 was terrible. Heard like every shower or toilet flush from adjacent rooms from above or below. Guess that’s where the piping runs so tough to sleep hearing that go off every so often. Was able to tolerate since it was just a quick stay. But staff was friendly and attentive."

The staff were very friendly, greeting and checking on guests at breakfast and cleaning tables quickly. Little touches like the free soda fountain add to the experience."
