"The shower water never got fully warm, the toilet didn’t flush properly, we inquired about a late check out because our flight did not leave until nighttime and we were denied, even though there were vacancies. The hallways and elevator were outdated and dingy. The view from the ocean front rooms included a rusty pier.
The room was clean. However it was a cold March weekend and we had the heat set to 76 and it was still very cold at night so I don’t think the heat was working well."
"We enjoyed our stay. It's in a very busy area, but the pool area was serene. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. We could hear guests in other rooms flush the toilet or take a shower, but it wasn't overpowering. We were right beside a busy highway but the windows were insulated enough to where we could barely hear the cars. Overall, very pleasant experience. "
"Great location, the hotel refurb looks great, enjoyed Little Palm and the coffee shop. Was clean. To be honest, i dont know if its a generational thing, but not very friendly - ot sure what it was. Valet with the moustache was the most helpful. "
