"1st time staying at this hotel, chose a suite as it was a special occasion. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Suite was very clean, spacious and had everything we required. Hotel staff offered a very warm welcome every time we entered the hotel, and we extremely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was slightly disorganised with staff trying to charge us, when full breakfast options were already included in our Suite booking. But once resolved, breakfast was very enjoyable. "It’s a great location especially if planning a trip via Gatwick airport since London Bridge train station is a 7 minute walk and the train is only about 35 mins to the airport. Also great for Bermondsey, fun things to do there, such as Druid Street Saunas -5 minutes walk."
