They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. "The hotel has a beautiful view to lake Titicaca with Llamas roaming around and many relaxing sitting areas. The triple room we stayed was very specious and clean, with good mattress and bedding. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is great. A big shout out to the quiet and kind waiter Benedicto who found out it was my daughter's birthday and brought a cake with candles and brought the staff to sing happy birthday and totally surprised us!"
