"I expected a 4 star hotel. But it's actually a run down 2 star motel room. Good location and glorious views. But zero frills included and rooms in desperate need of some love."

"The renovations have made a huge difference. The queen room I stayed in was lovely.I did ask reception about the family rooms she said they have been renovated but now have only 2 queen size beds??? How do you put a “family” mum dad and 2 teenagers 1boy and 1 girl in 2 queen beds. We have used this venue previously for family stays but would not be able to with the new renovation of 2 queen beds in the family room. This is disappointing."
