"Good hotel for the area"

"The Yokohama Bay Hotel its great! The staff is really nice from the moment you arrive up to when you leave. The VIP Lounge, floor 25, is excellent and the employees there are so gentle that is more than what we expected. Superb location with many stores, restaurants and walking distance to many attractions and the rail that connects with Tokio is just a few steps ftom the lobby. I really recomnend The Yokohama Bay Hotel and hope to be back on the near future."

"It’s a bit far to walk to the main attractions. It’s about 8–10 minutes from Yokohama Station by taxi, or 15–20 minutes on foot. However, the hotel environment is very nice. Taking a taxi is also not too expensive and quite acceptable."

"The hotel is located right next to Sakuragicho station very convenient to the main tourist areas in Yokohama but also allowing for easy travel to other parts. The room was relatively large (for Japan) and very clean. I would stay again for sure"

"This hotel is literally in the heart of Chinatown and so dining options are endless. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Sauna area was enjoyable even for kids. Room itself (Superior Twin) was good although I didn’t understand why there was such a big step from the main space and the washroom. Full sized dining table and chairs was probably handy for some guests but takes up a fair bit of space and I wonder how many guests would use it given all the restaurants just steps away. The...
