"I was totally unprepared for the lack of amenities, especially with the hotel being a Hilton. There was no microwave or coffeemaker in the room. No drinking cups or ice bucket in the room! I mentioned it to the manager and she explained it was Hilton’s policy! Really?? The ice bucket must be requested at the front desk. The cups I retrieved from the lobby and if I wanted to reheat any leftovers, it too, had to done in the lobby. What a joke! Hilton’s policy is a cheap and inconvenient!
