An absolute gem right on Gran Vía! The staff went above and beyond to help me with the online check-in process, making it super smooth and allowing me to get to my room much faster. The room itself was spotless, very clean, and featured a sleek, modern decor. It had everything I needed to rest and recharge after exploring all the excitement and energy that the vibrant Gran Vía has to offer right outside your door. Highly recommended!

It was a bit strange that all communications took place by messaging and I never spoke to let alone met a human, but I did get my entry codes and it all worked out fine. Very clean and comfy in a great location.

Conozco esta cadena (Woohoo rooms) desde hace algunos años y realmente es el mejor lugar para quedarse en Madrid! Buenos precios, excelente ubicación, habitaciones cómodas, limpias, baño de buen tamaño… en fin, todo muy bien aquí! Super recomendable!

Fantastic hotel in great location . First time staying at a Sleep N and it’s a great concept. They have a quirky modern design with emphasis on customer service and the environment . Hotel contacted me day before to ask what type of room I would like and arrival time. The rooms are VERY small but clean and comfortable. A very nice buffet breakfast available. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and great location in Madrid.

The outside of the hotel looks plain and dry but the rooms are unique. The interior is an interesting mix of modern and old. Many "old" elements were preserved (bricks, wooden beams and heavy metal). The bathroom floor is actually teak. It's centrally located but still a bit off the beaten track. Close to Madrid Atocha and just a block away from the Lavapies metro. I enjoyed my stay. Property was quiet and safe. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Not a busy area but big shopping mall near by full of restaurants and stores. My only complaint was I had lukewarm water to shower. Other than that I would definitely recommend if you need a simple and affordable place to stay.
