"Have stayed at the same location last Aug and had an enjoyable stay. When i was time to book another trip home I book my stay here. I arrived early and after explaining to the desk clerk i had been up 42 hrs he allowed me an early check in. There was a heavy musky (weed) smell. It maybe the 2 large dispensaries.that are around the hotel. Set room dated the carpet needed to be restreched the water was barely warm in the shower but I didn't care I needed to sleep. Kids in the next room making noise all night. When I left my room in the morning to go get breakfast people had thrown their trash in the hallway. I think this might be a Detroit thing as i've traveled extensively thur the US and Europe and i've never seen anything like this. Only in Detroit. I lived 45 years in Detroit , and i've never seen that. Breakfast over returning to my room, the lady next door open the door out came 6 kids.Then another woman and 4 kids.12 people in one room?? No wonder there was so much noise coming from that room."
"The room was not the cleanest. The sheets were both dirty and stained, the corner of one of the mattress had blood stains on it, the nightstand had hard glue or something on it, the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust, the fabric chair had stains all over it and the floors throughout were not clean."
"Stayed for 2 nights as we were in town for a swim meet, property is brand new, extremely clean and lobby and all common areas smelled amazing. Very well maintained, pool area and fitness center were fantastic. Breakfast was good with typical standard items you'd expect like eggs, potatoes, cereal, bagels etc.
Located centrally to shopping areas, this property is across the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets with several activities for kids and adults alike. Highly recommend this hotel for families with young children. "
