"The location was great.
We stayed twice. First was two nights when the TV did not work but as maintenance staff do not work weekends, no one cared. Breakfest was cold/empty shelf. The room was like a cgeap camper with the toilet in the shower. No tossues.
Secont stay they kept us waiting from 0820 till 1455 to check in while other clients were checking on earlier."
"It’s a no frills barebones hotel. Rooms are
Small. Rooms are not well maintained but the staff are lovely and it’s well located. Basically. It’s value for money but do not expect luxury"
"Hotel is centrally located with most tourist sites within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable, good shower with plenty hot water. Buffet breakfast was excellent offering a good choice of hot and cold food. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Bar was a little disappointing but didn't need to use it much as there was plenty of bars, restaurants within 5 minute walk."
"We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn Copenhagen and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The breakfast menu was genuinely impressive — one of the most extensive we’ve come across, with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right.
One of the biggest practical advantages was the proximity to the metro. It was just a short walk away, which made it incredibly easy to explore not only Copenhagen itself but also venture out to other cities with minimal hassle.
Overall, a comfortable, well-located stay with excellent morning dining. We’d definitely return!"
