"Staff we always so helpful. Great location to easily walk everywhere, and loads of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Only had breakfast on the last day, which was a bummer to find out how amazing the food was on leaving. Not a typical overpriced hotel breakfast, it was awesome and way more cost-effective than eating out. Hope to stay here again."
"Convenient location, although a bit noisy because of trams. Good sized room with a renovated, spotless clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable with perfectly crisp white sheets. We had a pleasant stay."
"Surprisingly good. Remarkable reception staff, especially once they understood I was never going to do self checkin. Never. I don’t travel to an in-person meeting to interact with a computer! The staff were awesome. Great dinner in the restaurant, service and staff, but take your ear plugs at breakfast. The music selection is the worst at breakfast and completely unbearable and unnecessary."

I had a very disappointing and bad experience with this self check-in hotel. The room, curtains, and floors were dusty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The heater was not working, leaving us feeling cold throughout the night. Despite this, the staff insisted it should work depending on the outside temperature, even after we followed their instructions and set it to the maximum.
Basic facilities and necessities were not adequately provided. When we requested extra towels, our request was declined with multiple excuses. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortably small."

"The location is really amazing！You can easily walk to HB station in like 7-8 mins. The hotel provides hot water, hot coffee and cool water for free at lobby for usage. The staff is helpful on accommodating room arrangement as we are a family that booked 2 rooms and they do serve at our best interest to arrange our room on same floor and close to each other
What is improvement needed is 1) Poor room air circulation - there is no AC, no ventilation so it is an induction system in the room. You can imagine it can be hot, especially in summer (while I am lucky as we visit at not too hot season). May be because of this, there are smell in the bathroom 2) Bug issue - There are many bugs found inside the room which is not pleasant at all (and it is not because we open windows as we do not open ...)"
