"Easy check in process with no staff here. Lobby area totally just full of people in the way though not even appearing to check in! Room was simple but spacious for the price and bathroom was good size and useful. Shower very powerful. Bathroom door didn’t open as much as expected but wasn’t an issue for us. Tv didn’t work couldn’t access any channels but not a huge issue for one night stay. Windows opened wide useful for ventilation, plus a fan. Good location being so close to many shops and the train station, walkable area for sure!"
"The hotel is very convenient because of its location. In addition to being in the city center, it is only a few blocks from the main train station, which is very helpful if you plan to visit other cities, such as Lucerne. The room had dark walls that made it feel somewhat dirty, and the carpet gave the same impression. However, the bed and bathroom appeared to be clean."
