"Our experience in Cartagena itself was not very good however the staff at our hotel were wonderful! They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and create an enjoyable stay to offset some of our more unfortunate experiences. The hotel was comfortable, clean and centrally located. The breakfast was fresh with a good amount of variety and the coffee delicious. The pools were both gorgeous and the rooftop pool was great for sun lounging. "
