"Friendly team, comfortable beds, spacious (but not huge) rooms. Great location and good value. Lower floors can be noisier (we stayed one night on 11th, one a few days later on 4th which was less good). Breakfast was good but not the best we've had in Vietnam."

"Really enjoyed my stay. Staff stayed in contact with us before arrival via WhatsApp. They took all our needs into consideration, including dietary needs. Especially Mia and the reception staff, very very caring. They would ask us if we needed help, offer us free cold lemonade after our travels back to the hotel. Felt like home away from home. Location was also amazing, was close to shopping and restaurants!

"My favorite hotel in Vietnam. Location in Hanoi's old quarter is perfect for walking around and seeing the sights - it's only 5 minutes away from the lake with the temple and maybe 15 or so from the Hanoi beer street. Tons of shops in the area too. Rooms are clean, quiet and thoughtfully appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful and will bend over backwards for you also - Lily from the front desk gave me a thorough overview of the tour options for ha long bay and recommended one that was less crowded and more chill than the others, which was exactly what I was after. "Problems with air conditioning in one room and didn't realize it had no window but gave us fan to remedy situation. Breakfast was simple but very good. Location great across hospital a little loud but dies down around 9. Staff are great thank you DA and ANNA and sorry don’t know other workers name. Stored luggage for us when we went on trips. Highly recommend!"
