Let me start off by saying this place has one of the most pleasant, warm and helpful staff I have recently experienced. Cindy the manager is a star and communicated so well and so clearly with us that even though we arrived on two different flights and my wife arrived five hours earlier than me the check in went absolutely smoothly and she felt welcome and safe.
The rooms were well maintained and very very clean which is very important for us. Beds were very comfortable and the staff even decorated the room for us without being asked. The lounge area is amazing and a great place to relax.
In short we had a wonderful stay. Very helpful accommodating staff. Very clean rooms. Amazing lounge area. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi."

"This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Thomas and Rose took great care of me and my group. They checked in with us daily and were so helpful and quick with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was top notch, you cannot miss it! The bartenders are fantastic as well, and the spa was a great experience. The room was just what I needed, very comfy bed and very sleek and roomy bathrooms. I highly recommend this property for the overall great experience and incredible location, walkable to so much."
